Sitwy runs a local basket system. You browse the shop, add items, and submit a checkout request with your contact and delivery details. We confirm stock and send a secure payment link within one UK business day.
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked or a courier partner for larger orders. Most UK mainland addresses receive their parcel within one to three working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email.
If an item is out of stock, we will let you know the expected restock date and offer a substitute or a refund. We do not charge your card until stock is confirmed and you have approved the payment link.

We email a payment link once stock is confirmed. Pay securely online and we dispatch the next working day.
Receive and review
Track your parcel to your door. If anything is wrong, reply to your order email within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
